It’s a funny thing, about gut intuition; we spend half our lives acting as if it doesn’t exist (always searching for answers outside ourselves), and the other half, we spend trying to access it.

On that same note; centuries of disciplines have emerged in the fields of science, religion, and philosophy, all because humans, until this point, have lacked the ability to discern truth from falsehood. – Given our 21st century understanding of biology, combined with unfolding discoveries in quantum physics, we can now confirm what most of us have known all along…

“Wisdom can ultimately be reduced to avoiding what makes us go weak. Nothing else is really required!”    David Hawkins, M.D., P.h.D

Please share your thoughts and experiences regarding intuition in the comment’s section below. This is a subject dear to my heart and I would love to hear from you!

Warmest regards,

Ben, this has been a problem for humans throughout time. We are so “busy” trying to “find” answers that we don’t take a few moments to “be still” and listen to what comes up in response to a concern. Why is trusting ourselves so difficult?
